Installing Front Tire & Changing Valve Stems

When you order a Chinese scooter online there's a 80% chance you will have to mount your wheel and a 75% chance your tires will not come inflated properly (if at all), and a 100% chance that your valve stems will fail. That's why this video will be extremely helpful and important, if you are looking to learn how to install your front tire. Or even better change your valve stem.

My Tires: 10" - 3.5"wheels with 36 PSI (which is standard for PSI)
