Is it a scooter or a moped? What's the difference? I talked about more than just one subject in this video. However, I primarily focus on how to distinguish the difference between scooters and moped. Mopeds are motorized pedals bikes, while scooters are motorized vehicle. Moped and scooter do share some similarities and people often confusion a moped for a scooter and scooters for mopeds. I also mention other things such as "the wave" that motorcyclist and bikers alike share. As well as some reasons why I think scooter & moped rider don't do the wave. Safety comes first you guys.
