Installing a Phone Mount on a Scooter: What up Rowmies. I wanted to keep things short and sweet. So, in this video I am simply showing you how to install this phone mount I bought on a scooter. This in just one of two phone mounts. I am just testing this style phone mount on my scooter. I don't know if 100% like it yet.
