Plasti Dip My Scooter: Custom Paint Job Project

The long awaited project has arrived. I have finally customized my scooter. All with the help of Plasti dip. For all of you new to the plasti dip scene, plasti dip is an air-dried rubber coating. Even though it looks like spray paint, it is not. Unlike spray paint from a can, its in fact a peel-able, easily removable, flexible, non-slip, durable rubber coating. Awesome, right?

I am not a professional spray painter who does it for a living. So I don't have the skills to do jaw dropping custom pearl bomb and paint splat effects. Making my plasti dip look very amateur style. However, the design it self in my opinion is a bit rough but cute. Luckily its peelable, so no worries there. I made a total of 3 attempts spray painting my design. Fortunately I got a design I was happy with on the 3rd try.

Plasti dipping you scooter or moped or even your motorcycle is something I think you should definitely give a try. It's fun to play around with. Its also reasonable cheap. You may not get a professional paint job look, but at least you won't have to pay those professional prices either. Once more you're not stuck with the same design or color. You can paint it one month and peel it off and change the color and design the next. So dope.
