125cc Scooter Vlog 34: Is Motovlogging Illegal? Here in Texas as long as you pass the motorcycle exam, you are not required by law to wear a helmet while riding your scooter or motorcycle. However appearantly there are policeman out the stating that wearing helmet with a camera attach to it is illegal. (Rowmie Video - https://goo.gl/oyPgpC) I believe this cop didn't have anything better to do and was just asserting his authority. I can say here is Texas and I'm pretty sure in most state in the United States there is no such law stating that it is illegal to wear a camera while riding a scooter or motorcycle.
