Winter to some means snow, which in turns means it time to put your scooters or bikes in storage. While for others it mean, you have to prepare yourself to ride in the freezing temps for months. For instance, buy new and expensive winter gear or just prepare yourself mentally on be on slippery cold roads. Either way I can see how winter can ruin riding for you. However that is not the case for me. I love winter season and cold weather. Even though Houston isn't the coldest city, temperatures sometime reach a nice coolness.
