But first I must take it to get a state inspection. I take you guys along for the ride. This main point of this video is to talk about the three key things needed in order to make a scooter street legal. Those these are 1. A State Inspection 2. Scooter Insurance 3. Vehicle Registration. I get in to more detail about it, but with those three things are can ride around legally on a scooter without legal repercussions.
